Church Performance Genetics focuses on the strategic marketing needs of the churches. CPG provides organizational performance advisory services and markets a program for increasing membership, revenue, retention and the quality of life of members, potential members, and employees.
It is the belief of its founder, Douglas Swallow that regardless of the size of the church or denomination, they all share the same goal, which is in part or in whole, to improve the quality of the lives of their congregation and the lives of those who come through their doors.
Douglas Swallow is a Christian, father, human and organizational performance scientist, and consultant. Since childhood he has spent his life searching for the answers to optimal human, team, and organizational performance. His 35 years of research has culminated in a program and set of tools for increasing membership, revenue and retention. The program is called, “Excessive Happiness – Are you Interested?” The program is comprised of four parts:
- Congregational or membership quality of life survey
- Leadership and pastor program in Organizational Genetics
- The 2½ day/weekend seminar – “Excessive Happiness – Are you Interested?”
- Providing existing and potential members with the ability to acquire their natural performance profile and 25 principles of optimal human performance.
By church leaders having absolute clarity on the quality of life and challenges facing their members and potential members, through a quality of life survey; Having a working understanding of the DNA of great churches; A profound and enlightening workshop in how to greatly reduce the challenges of life, improve as a parent, have a dream marriage, and be excessively happy most of the time. Churches can significantly improve their membership, revenue, retention, and the quality of life of its members.
“Excessive Happiness – Are you Interested?” is a program in which CPG conducts the survey and takes the leadership through one of the world’s leading organizational performance initiatives called, Organizational Genetics. CPG then trains instructors and conducts the first “Excessive Happiness – Are you Interested?” workshop. Churches license the workshop on an annual basis and CPG processes all natural performance profiles. Note: all congregational materials are fully editable and customizable.
