persdev_new2Personal and Professional Performance Genetics (PPPG) is the personal development arm of Organizational Genetics, which inspires and leads people to be extraordinary in their personal and professional lives through workshops and one-on-one life coaching.

PPPG is built on a story, a story of little boy who was reared in a divorced single parent household with two older brothers, a mom who worked two jobs. His father was a prominent architect in the San Francisco Bay Area and his grandparents were 2,000 miles away.

Like so many boys with this parental profile this boy failed to acquire an adequate set of inter-personal and life management skills which resulted in him being labeled a bad kid. One of those kid’s parents didn’t want their children to play with and who spent as much time in the principal’s office as he did in classroom.

As a result of the lack of these skills he got into trouble with the law and explored tobacco, drugs, alcohol and was verbally and physically abused by more than one teacher. Like many kids with this profile his future didn’t look too bright. More than one adult suggested at the time he would probably end up in prison.

Then through a series of unfortunate events, which resulted in a year of restriction and solitude when he was 12, he began to figure it out and begin a journey down a different path. This path was the path of self-discovery. Like so many kids in this situation all he wanted to be was normal, but he just didn’t have the inter-personal or life management skills required to be normal. His journey over the next 30 years took him around the world twice and through the doors of most of the world’s major religions. He read hundreds of self-help and metaphysical books, attended dozens of personal development seminars, sought psychological therapy, and the council of psychics.

His path was not smooth or easy, but it was far easier than the paths of the truly horrific lives of those who he heard about in workshops, read about, interviewed, and talked with on his journey. He struggled with finances and credit and failed in one relationship after another. But despite his challenges he felt he was on the right path. That he would find the answers to love, success in the workplace, and acquire the knowledge and skills to be normal.

Then in his early 40’s his research on the primary enablers and inhibitors of optimal human performance begin to come together. Through a series of chance discoveries he found the answers to optimal personal and professional success. His research, while highly controversial, resulted in a very unique inter-personal and life management skills workshop and the development of a very special toolkit. This workshop and toolkit empowers people to make decisions that will change their lives for the better, enable their dream to come true, have it all, and understand, maybe for the first time, what went wrong and why it’s not their fault.

His discoveries, workshop and toolkit are not for normal people. It’s not for people who are a member of the class of people who received a full set of life management skills and emotional competencies and have it all, love, money, success, recognition, a great marriage and trouble free kids. Rather it’s for all those young, middle age, and older adults out there who didn’t have a great childhood and have struggled in life and who still want it all.

So what once looked like a story of a young boy who was headed towards just another tragic ending, now looks like one that just might have a Hollywood ending. And now you know the rest of the story of the founder of Organizational Genetics, Douglas Swallow.

PPPG shares Mr. Swallow’s story and the body of knowledge and collection of tools he has acquired and developed in a 2½ day personal development workshop called, Excessive Happiness – Are you interested?

The Natural Performance Profile By a chance discovery, the combination of five scientifically valid human performance profiles (I.Q., Personality, Dominant Communication Channel, Value Orientation, and Talent) and one experimental profile, solved the mystery man has been seeking to find the answer to for 1000’s of years. Over the last century academia and philanthropists have challenged their best minds to solve it, but to no avail. In the last half century, as the world has become more competitive, markets more global and the stakes higher, efforts to find the answer have intensified. Governments and corporations around the world joined in the quest and have invested hundreds of millions of dollars trying to solve this great mystery.

The mystery is human performance. Top performers, across all jobs and industries, consistently produce results in excess of two times the market average. Across the spectrum of jobs, from receptionist to CEO’s, salesmen to politicians, policemen to soldiers, nurses to surgeons, carpenters to homebuilders, teachers to preachers, machine workers to farmers, hotel maids to hotel owners, athletes to musicians the difference in human performance between the market average and the top 10% is over 2.2 times. Despite an extraordinary allocation of human and financial resources, the most the scientific community, corporations, and militaries around the world have been able to do is increase the average performer’s results 25%± one standard deviation, a far cry from the 200% above the market average produced by top performers.

For the last century, academia, scientific community, corporations, and governments around the globe have believed the answer to this mystery lies in level of an individual’s education, experience, orientation, training, and their physical characteristics. In conjunction with the quality of organizational culture, level of supervision and leadership and the raw materials and technology and/or equipment provided to execute the job. Unfortunately, as valid as it may appear, the combination of the highest levels of these variables did not solve the mystery or empower individuals to produce world-class results. As evidenced by the fact percentages of employees and organizations producing world-class results has remained unchanged for the last 25 years at less than 3% organizationally and 10%± individually.

Then in the late 1990’s, after nearly 20 years of research, an independent human performance scientist’s by the name of Douglas Swallow, solved the mystery through the application of breakthroughs in psychological and neurological profiling and the linking of five discoveries. Specifically, what we he did discovered was:

  • The Natural Performance Profile
  • The secret to decoding the spiritual task encrypted on everyone’s adaptive unconscious
  • The innate navigational system and the seven keys to extraordinary performance
  • The primary performance inhibitor – life management skills and emotional competency deficiencies
  • The 5th economic era

By linking these five concepts the mystery of optimal human performance was solved. Now through a simple 60 minute profile, you can discover you have the ability to be a Natural, your personal spiritual task, and absolute clarity on your level of life management skills and if you choose to do it, you can become one of the best in the world and be excessively happy most of the time.
