og-logo-featureThe Institute for the Development of Organizational Genetics (IDOG) is the center for the development of Organizational Genetics. It is located just 90 miles north of Boise, near McCall, Idaho in the small town of Donnelly. Here, OG’s founder, Douglas Swallow continues his research on human and organizational performance. The institute offers certification courses for affiliate consultants, strategic marketers, and business coaches who would like to be certified in and acquire the rights and tools to teach and consult the Natural’s program and/or one or more of the aforementioned bodies of work in the thirteen divisions of Organizational Genetics.

Natural’s instructor certification courses require 12 to 18 months. They are taught every other week on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 48 weeks a year. Tuition is $75,000 and does not include books, lodging, meals, and travel related expenses. Approved instructors are authorized to purchase sets of course manuals and tools for $300 per set and natural performance profiles for $200.

The “Excessive Happiness – Are you interested?” instructor certification courses require 3 days. Tuition is $3,500 and does not include lodging, meals, and travel related expenses. Approved instructors are authorized to purchase course manuals for $100 and natural performance profiles for $200.
